After the initial inquiry, you will need to create an account in our Gingr customer portal, where you can upload your dog’s information, vaccination records and service preferences. We also require your dog's current town licence number and expiration date to comply with local regulations.
Yes, we require all dogs to have up-to-date rabies, distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations to participate in our boarding, training, hikes, or grooming services. Titers are accepted as an alternative to standard vaccinations.
