Canine Boarding

Our boarding experience is enrichment-based, not just kennel time. Dogs receive structured exercise, mental stimulation and supervised play. Individualized care plans are available based on your dog’s needs.

We offer three structured board-and-train programs: • 3-week board-and-train – foundational obedience and structure, leash manners and confidence-building • 6-week board-and-train – advanced training, off-leash recall, behavior modification and e-collar training

• Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. • Saturday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. • No pick-up or drop-off on Sundays.

• Check-out after 12 p.m. (departure day): $25 late check-out fee (unless the dog is booked for an additional night) • Afternoon check-in or check-out during standard hours (3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.): $45 half-day care fee • End-of-day pick-ups (after 6 p.m.): $25 fee for first 30 minutes late (after 30 minutes, dogs are boarded overnight at the full boarding rate + the $25 late fee)

Peak rates apply during high-demand periods: • Presidents' Day and school break • Easter and Spring Break • Memorial Day weekend • Summer peak (contact for specific dates) • Labor Day weekend • Columbus Day weekend • Thanksgiving week • Christmas and New Year’s break (contact for specific dates) Different holidays have varying rates based on demand and operational costs: • Major travel holidays (+$90 per night): • Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, Spring Break and summer peak. • Short holiday weekends (+$85 per night): • Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day • Single-day holiday surcharge (+$10 per night): • Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and Thanksgiving Holiday & Peak Season Dates: New Year’s Holiday: Dec 26, 2024 – Jan 5, 2025 Presidents' Day & School Break: Feb 14 – Feb 23, 2025 Easter & Spring Break: April 11 – April 27, 2025 Memorial Day Weekend: May 23 – May 27, 2025 Labor Day Weekend: Aug 29 – Sept 2, 2025 Columbus Day Weekend: Oct 10 – Oct 14, 2025 Thanksgiving Week: Nov 21 – Dec 1, 2025 Christmas & New Year’s: Dec 19, 2025 – Jan 4, 2026

We offer several additional services during boarding to ensure your dog’s stay is as comfortable and enriching as possible. These include private walks ($25), medication administration ($5/day if required), food provided by us (cost of food), nutrition consults ($85), frozen enrichment treats ($5 per dog), daily enrichment time ($15), pre-boarding bath and blow-dry ($45+ depending on coat and weight), nail trims before pick-up ($15), and a spa package (bath, blow dry, nail trim, and ear cleaning) for $65+. Yes. All dogs participating in our boarding, training, hikes or grooming services must have up-to-date rabies, distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Titers are accepted in place of standard vaccinations.

Cancellation & Credit Policy 14+ days before check-in: Full credit towards a future stay (valid for 12 months) minus a $50 rebooking fee. No cash refunds. 7-13 days before check-in: 50% of deposit credited towards a future stay (valid for 6 months). No cash refunds. Less than 7 days before check-in: No refunds or credits (full deposit forfeited). Early departures: Charged for the entire reserved stay (no refunds or credits for unused nights). Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their stay once without penalty if done at least 14 days before check-in. No-Show Policy: If a client does not check in on the scheduled arrival date, the reservation is considered a no-show, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
